The cumulative effects of centuries of systemic racism in the U.S. might make it possible for some to view unjust circumstances as normal or to lose sight of them altogether. These works represent just a few areas where racism has created inequities along color lines: Housing, Food Access, Healthcare, Wealth & Education. While these problems can seem larger than life, so are the affected people, who continue to fight against injustice. This series of public work was created in conjunction with Kolaj Institute’s Collage as Street Art Residency: Letting the Art Find Its Own Audience.
